This is the NEW McLaren 765LT, it has a more powerful version of the twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 engine found in the 720S. The supercar’s power and torque figures are 754bhp (765ps) and 800Nm which is good for a 0–60mph time of 2.6 seconds, a 0–124mph time of seven seconds flat and a top speed of 205mph.
The McLaren 765LT in-gear acceleration is 15% quicker than that of the 720S, which is thanks in part to a substantial weight saving of 80kg off the standard 720S supercar, taking its kerb weight down to just 1,339kg.
Prices start at £280,000, production will be limited to just 765 units, built over the next 18 months.
